Middle school students' learning situation buy the wide attention of the society, and middle school students' acdemic burnout level as an important index to measure the quality of learning, can reflect the students' psychology of learning. This study will examine the present situation of middle school students' academic burnout, explore the resilience influence on academic burnout, and to further test positive mood effects on it. As to provide theoretical basis for lower levels of middle school students' academic burnout. This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey, and using "adolescent mental resilience scale", "middle school students' academic burnout scale" and "positive and negative emotions scale of four high school questionnaire survey was conducted among 1000 middle school students, recycling effective questionnaire 876, using SPSS17.0 statistical analysis of data. It is concluded that the main results were as follows:(1) The level of resilience in middle school students is high, most of the students have good mental flexibility. Student in junior grade 1 have the highest grade of mental flexibility, students in senior grade 3 have the highest family support. Students who are student cadres are significantly higher than the ordinary students.(2) The middle school students' academic burnout level is low, but there are some students have a low academic burnout. Student in junior grade 1 have the lowest academic burnout level minimum, students in senior grade 3 have the highest academic burnout level. Ordinary student academic burnout level higher than that of student cadres.(3) Middle school students' positive emotions in a medium level as a whole. The boys' positive emotions is significantly higher than girls; Student in junior grade 1 has the highest level of positive emotion; The cities student's positive emotion is significantly higher than rural students; Student cadre of positive emotion is significantly higher than the ordinary students.(4) Middle school students' mental flexibility, academic burnout and positive emotions were significantly related to each other, academic burnout and mental flexibility and positive mood has significant negative correlation, resilience were significantly positive correlation with positive emotions. Through regression analysis found that middle school students' resilience and positive emotions in academic burnout has significantly negative prediction function.(5) Middle school students' positive emotion in resilience partial mediation effect in the impact on the academic burnout, resilience is a direct impact on academic burnout, also by positive emotions have indirect effects on academic burnout.By the analysis of the results of the study, we can improve the level of resilience and increase positive emotional experience to reduce the middle school students' academic burnout level, improve the learning efficiency.
