Objective:investigate junior middle school students’ resilience, academic self-efficacy and the relationship between learning burnout, provide a new perspective to reduce the students’ learning burnout. Method:the research sampling 693 middle-school students of five middle school in Urumqi,adopt in questionnaire investigation and recycling effective questionnaire 654 copies.This study investigated the resilience, academic self-efficacy and student burnout among middle school students and discuss the influence patterns among these three.The main conclusions are as fllows:(1)The overall level of the junior middle school students’ resilience,academic self-efficacy and student burnout still exist in the student groups, Students’ learning burnout phenomenon accounts for 17.4%(114 people)of the total survey, which cannot be ignored.(2)The male and female junior middle school students in resilience scores did not differ significantly,and is significant difference in the academic self-efficacy and student burnout scores.(3)The results showed that junior middle school students’ resilience and academic self-efficacy is significantly positively correlated, and academic self-efficacy and student burnout is significantly negatively correlated, and resilience and student burnout is significantly negatively correlated.(4)The research found that resilience makes mediates between academic self-efficacy and student burnout, which means that part of the impact of academic self-efficacy of student burnout is through the intermediary variable resilience. Higher levels of students academic self-efficacy, more confident in their ability, in the face of difficulties and adversity, be able to deal with the pressure flexible mobilize themselves or external resources, and resilience level improved, to take effective way to overcome the difficulties and finish the task, so learning burnout level is low.
