“Flipped classroom”, originated from the America, recently becomes a new teaching mode in China, also coincided completely with the requirements of "the junior middle school thought moral character curriculum standard" and "national basic education course reform outline" published by Ministry of Education. It redefines classroom in a revolutionary way,students watch videos uploaded online at home before the class, instead, students review and discuss the new points with teachers in classroom, realizing the goal of "students-centered" teaching. “Flipped classroom” teaching model application in domestic junior middle school thought moral character class is new and should be improved, and I build a teaching model based on the students with specific teaching experiences. According to the characteristics of ideological and moral course, combining the Micro-Lecture and Flipped classroom is a good way to improve the current junior middle school thought personal character class teaching.On the basis of Flipped classroom model, the thesis analyzes the feasibility and the effectiveness of the Flipped classroom in Micro-Lecture and junior ideological moral course by using methods like literatures scanning, surveys, questionnaires and interviews. The thesis mainly divided into three parts: The first part defines the concept of the micro-lecture and flipped classroom, analyzes the applicability of the micro-lecture of ideology and moral character, joins the micro-lecture and flipped classroom in ideological moral course;The second part divides the classes into three parts :designing before classes, implementation in classes, reviewing after class, and establishes the implementation of teaching mode with this three closely related procedures. The third part shows how to put the model into practice by three steps. The first step is model arrangements, secondly the class “appreciation” points out how to use the model as an example, and finally the basis analyzes the students' questionnaire surveys and evaluates the Flipped classroom of junior ideological moral course teaching model.
