During the 90s of the last century,"children" received unprecedented attention in the education of American schools.Both pedagogy and educational psychology argue that children should be given more important roles in learning.Under this background,Dewey put forward the educational slogan of "children centered" in educational appliance.What following are the experimental reforms of various kinds of teaching.Through various teaching methods,the teacher realizes the children centered teaching idea.With the time goes on and the remarkable progress of science and technology,the global educational resources can be seamlessly integrated and shared.Ubiquitous open learning makes modern education move from digital education to intelligent education.In this process,we met the new era of educational products,micro classes and flipped classrooms.This research is based on the theory of constructivism and humanistic psychology.The main research questions are as follows,and the feasibility and teaching effect are explored through practical cases.1)How to make good use of micro lessons to improve teaching and learning efficiency?2)How long is the most appropriate for the micro class?3)How to build a student-centered classroom teaching model by using micro-lecture and flipped mode?This study uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to implement micro class and student centered classroom teaching in the experimental class.Through a semester of teaching practice,to investigate whether the teaching model is beneficial to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching.And whether it is possible to achieve a student centered and lively classroom teaching?62 students in Grade five were divided into the experinental class(31 students)and the control class(31 students).62 students were surveyed two times before and after the experiments.Before the experiment,I chose the latest result of exam from the two classes.Then,I divided the the students into A(top)B(medium)C(lag-behind).During the experimental classes,I observed all levels of students' reactivities.For experimental group,micro-lecture would help them to preview the phonics and vocabulary part of the new lesson,especially for the drills of phonics and vocabulary.When it came to the in class part,they had much more time to practice and discuss which provided them more chances to use the language.The APP which is called "Yi qi zuo ye" can help the teacher to assign students with dynamic exercises and gave feedback at the same time.Through case study,it is found that in the teaching of primary English,with the basis of constructivism and humanistic psychology,micro-lecture and student-centered classroom teaching can improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,both in extending the teaching content and winning more time for students' performing as well as improving students' class participation so as to promote the improvement of learning ability of students.Besides,from the experimental classes,we got the most suitable time for a micro-lecture is around 5minutes for grade 5 students.
