Education Study Of The College Students' Political Belief Under The New Media Perspective

Political belief is an important spiritual bond for social polymerization and stability. College students are the future of the motherland, the nation's hope. As a special group, their political beliefs have an important effects on the Chinese characteristic socialism construction and the development direction of the future. Along with the great process of the reform and opening, new media is increasingly joining all aspects of life of the college students. While enjoying the achievements of the reform and opening, most of the college students keep positive recognition and support to the party, the nation, society and political life and so on. But with the deepening of the new media impact, the impact of economic globalization and the change of social life, college students' political belief has been struck and challenged.Through questionnaire survey of 512 college students of China University of Mining and Technology, and interviewing some students and education workers, researcher check the basic situation and existing problems of political beliefs from college students' political cognition, political emotions, political will and political behavior. Based on questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, this study suggests that under the perspective of new media, contemporary college students' political belief in general is in conformity with the social mainstream ideology, they have correct political cognition, positive political e emotion, relatively strong political will and rational tendency of political behavior. But there are a little part of college students who are facing some problems, such as a political cognitive fuzzy, political apathy, tend to be radical politics is not determined, political behavior and behavior is not unified. At the same time, the education of school, family and society needs to improve and perfect.Aiming at the existing problems of college students in the aspect of political belief, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the influence factors, combining with the characteristics of new media, the paper tend to improve education environment, enrich education contents, enhance education teams, improve the education methods, etc. At last, the paper will put forward a series of feasible measures according to contemporary college students' political belief education.
