With the rapid development of China's economy, the quality of higher education is facing many challenges, such as: the grand scale of development and higher education funding inadequate investment constraints has improved the quality of our higher education; higher education from elite education is moving towards mass rack education. The traditional concept of education and training model in fission occurs; highly educated demand for high-quality educational resources, while maintaining a utilitarian motivation to learn job search, leading to higher quality standards and quality evaluation system caused huge dislocation between; various matters tasks undertaken as diverse colleges' continuing education, which greatly impact on the teaching center position in college. Colleges and universities must have high-quality education to develop high-quality talent. Teaching supervision plays an important role in determine process and situation analysis of teaching quality monitoring and school management in colleges. And it is a key link of teaching-quality, teaching- management arrangement and high-quality talent training improving.Teaching supervision work is widely adopted as a method of teaching quality monitoring in higher education, which has played a crucial role in improving teaching quality. However, at present, the status of its implementation is not optimistic, since there are still some problems during this process. For example, the management system is not perfect, the content and methods of teaching supervision work is too simple; the supervisors are not professional enough, the effect is not satisfactory. By making some investigations and studies, this thesis firstly points out the problems, analyzes the issues, and then presents solutions to address these problems. In order to achieve a good effect, the thesis will put emphasis on the perfection of the management system, enrichment of the content and methods of the teaching supervision work and the construction of a qualified supervisor team. Hopefully, this thesis can provide some useful solutions to the teaching supervision system in China and broaden the mind for the future studies.This article mainly use education, sociology and theory of teaching and professional supervision, select Teaching Case D University specialization construction supervision, to explore the strategies and paths educational supervisor to enhance the effectiveness of specialized construction through systematical research and analysis. First, this paper demonstrates the professional background, theoretical and practical significance of teaching supervision, and conclude the contents of this thesis research, research methods and technology roadmap; Meanwhile, interpret the educational supervisors and construction-related professional education, sociology, professional and other basic principles and theories of connotation by detail; Secondly, conducted an empirical analysis of the effect on educational supervisors specialized construction evaluation through the construction of specialized anatomy teaching supervision Case D University; Finally, based on these studies, the paper proposed some ways on the construction of university teaching professional supervision of top-level design, the basic elements, safeguards strategies and seeks to make some III modest reform and development of university teaching, improve teaching standards, improving the quality of higher education.
