The Comparative Research Into The Independent Management Of The Students In Both Urban And Countryside

Nowadays the world tends to change into different dimensions.With the deep development of economic globalization,various culturalization,social informatization,the science shows great progress day by day.As a result,there are so many challenges for the talented people.With the development of society,there are so many new things arising,which is really a great challenge for all of us.In recent years we have made great progress in quality education but there are still so many problems for us to solve.As senior students,they play a great part in the development of society.In this way,it is of great importance for us to recognize and analyze the conditions of their development in the ability of independent management.As we all know,the quality education is being on all over the country.Independent managemen has become a hot topic in the educational field.For this,the author really expect to provide all the students in both urban and countryside some good suggestions and strategies in self-reliance,self-learning and communication through the analyses of their conditions of ability of independent management.The author works in Qingdao No.17 Middle School,which was founded in 1954.It is not only a key school in Qingdao but also is only a school which can register the students from the countryside.Separately about 100 students are registered in Qingdao No.17 Middle School.As a result of their poor family background,they have so many kinds of problems.Most of them don't have good habits,such as study,life and behavior and so on.As one of the teachers of them,the author hopefully make a detailed research into them and try to find out some methods and strategies to solving them for all walks of educational workers,which can greatly regulate the behaviors and habits of the students and further help them to form a good command of independent management in senior high schools.Chapter 1 is mainly about the general introduction to the study topic,which illustrates the reason and meaning of the topic the author is studying.After that,the author gives us a general summary of the study conditions from the scholars both home and abroad.Meantime,the definition of independent management is defined and also the author tells us the methods of study for the topic.Chapter 2 is mainly about a survey into the conditions of the students in terms of independent management.The author summarizes all the problems in four ways,that is,the basic information,students' independent management,class 'independent management.Also,the author analyzes the causes of the problems found in the survey in detail.Chapter 3 is mainly about the aim and methods and strategies to solving them for all walks of educational workers by the author.Hopefully,the author wants to give them some experience and examples to other comrades in the same field of students management.In Chapter 4 the author mainly tells us about the effects of the study into students'independent management regarding the methods and strategies for the topic.In Chapter 5 some suggestions and feelings are given about the study topic by the the author.He mainly tells us about them in two aspects.As a result of the differences among the students from different schools,the study effects possibly vary somewhat.Even so,the author really wants to make some experience and examples for other comrades in the field of the education...
