Contrastive Study On Social Sports Guidance And Management Of Different Independent Colleges

Independent college is the principal component of non-governmental higher education.The establishment of independent college enriches the connotation of higher education.In terms of the orientation,practical personnel is the major mode of its training.Compared with other regular colleges of higher education,independent college pay more attention to the cultivation of the students' practical capabilities.The current situation and level of teaching management of the major-social sports guidance and management,which is being set up in great abundance and importance,has been the vital element in the quality of personnel training the sustainable development of this major.The thesis takes the current situation and level of teaching management as study objects from the following independent colleges,Wanjiang College of Anhui Normal University,Taizhou College of Nanjing Normal University,Qianjiang College of Hangzhou Normal University and Commercial College of Yunnan Normal University.The thesis applies many strategies like document literature study,questionnaire survey,experts interview,comparative analysis,mathematical statistics and logic analysis to do the comparative analysis of the current situation and level of teaching management in these four colleges based on basic contents of their teaching management,the structures,teams,students assessment methods,teacher evaluation systems,the ideas,the ladder and features of management,which aims at finding out the advantages and disadvantages to give theoretical support to the reform and development in social sports guidance and management.The conclusion is: The four colleges pay almost the same efforts in the construction of exam discipline and style of study and the management systems are all unsound with little differences.Taizhou College and Qianjiang College have more reasonable offerings arrangement in compulsory courses and optional courses.The content and style of teaching are influenced much by the degree of the teaching staff,that is the ratio of part-time and full-time teachers,among which thepart-time teachers have more teaching experiences but somewhat lack of practicability required by the college.Wanjiang College and Commercial College have lower proportion of their full-time teachers.In terms of teaching resources there are sharp differencesamong these four colleges,for it is influenced by the level of economy and the government support of different provinces.From the angle of ideas and systems in management,each college has its own specific features,which are worthwhile to be used for reference by themselves.The Student Management Committee of Qianjiang College has superior teaching ideas and systems to any other parallel colleges.
