In recent years, along with the increasing number of the novice teacher, the problem of the professional development for the novice teachers in the kindergarten is becoming more and more acute. The study on the demand for the professional development of the novice teachers can contribute to improving the professional development of the novice teachers.The study, taking the methods of questionnaire, site observation, and interview etc., draws the conclusion on the professional development of the novice teachers in the kindergarten from the prospective of novice teachers and instructing teachers.The research achievements are as follows:1. The study focusing on the demand of teachers'professional development from the prospective of novice teachers and instructing teachers, analyses the current demanding condition of novice teachers in different professional fields.2.Through contrast and analysis, the study points out the existing problems on the demand of professional development between novice teachers and instructing teachers, including the ignorance on the importance of the professional knowledge, professional concept and teacher's professional ethics; the focusing difference on the demand of the professional development.3. The study makes a divergence analysis on some possible elements that can affect the judgment of the demand for novice teachers'professional development both from novice teachers and instructing teachers, including the quality of the kindergarten, working time; the quality of teacher's education background and professional qualification level etc.Combining the study results and current conditions, the author comes up with some suggestions on improving the professional development of the novice teachers.
