The kindergarten teachers play an important role in Preschool Education,Their professional development can promote the cause of Preschool Education-Professional concept in the first place in their professional qualities.A comparative study of the two kindergarten teachers' professional concepts,the aim is to provide theoretical and practical basis for the professional development of preschool teachers,the cooperation behavior of preschool teachers and the management and training of kindergarten teachers.In this study,a total of two different types of kindergarten teachers in the top class of demonstrative kindergarten of Fuzhou Province(expert preschool teachers and novice preschool teachers)as the research object,through narrative research,interview,observation and case analysis,this 'paper compares and analyzes the two dimensions of the content and form of the professional concept of the two teachers.The research shows that,first,the two kinds of preschool teachers' professional concepts are common and individual,but the similarities are far greater than the personality,and the two kinds of preschool teachers' professional concepts interact,merge and tend to be consistent;Secondly,through the research,the influence factors of the two kinds of preschool teachers' professional concept include teachers' personal factors,the factors of interpersonal interaction and the factors of kindergarten teachers' Education;At last,the author puts forward some suggestions on the three aspects of preschool teachers'professional development,preschool teachers' cooperative behavior and kindergarten teachers' management and training.
