Investigation And Analysis Of Nanjing Agricultural University Women's Volleyball Team Learning And Training

From the beginning of the seventy's of last century, the contradiction between learning and training of high level athletes research has been a hot issue, many scholars on the research and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to alleviate this problem, but in our country there is no official documents or rules and regulations to fundamentally solve this contradiction. Both learning and training requires a lot of time, and can use the limited time of athletes. How to coordinate the contradiction between the two needs to explore, to practice, from the overall consideration. Nanjing Agricultural University high-level women's volleyball team was established in 2001, has for 15 consecutive years to recruit high level women's volleyball team, once on behalf of Jiangsu Province to participate in the National University Games volleyball tournament runner up, also won the National Collegiate Volleyball Super League third, won several National College Volleyball League South Division Two, Jiangsu Province champion, among others. But at the same time, also face the contradictions among athletes of high level volleyball management in Nanjing Agricultural University. Mow to correctly handle the relationship between learning and training of the women's volleyball team, further eliminate the contradiction between learning and training effect of the integral level of sports team is a problem needs to be solved urgently in the Nanjing Agricultural University of high level volleyball. In this paper, through the investigation and analysis of the contradiction between training of Nanjing Agricultural University of high level volleyball players, to objectively reflect the contradictions of training status of Nanjing Agricultural University of high level volleyball players, so as to solve the Nanjing Agricultural University of high level volleyball players contradiction between learning and training proposed for reference and suggestions, in order to further promote the construction and development of Nanjing Agricultural University of high level volleyball sports team and provide a theoretical basis, while for other with colleges and universities high level sports team's brother to provide reference.Survey results show that:(1) the Nanjing Agricultural University of high level volleyball sports team athletes each year the number distribution is not uniform, small athlete training period, exercise level low. (2) Nanjing Agricultural University of high level volleyball athletes training enthusiasm is not high, training attendance is not good, players all the year round training for a long time, high intensity training, physical recovery is not good. Little communication 3) coaches and players, coach active communicating with the players, players take the initiative and coaches to communicate less, each training tasks and goals are difficult to complete. (4) of Nanjing Agricultural University high level volleyball players every cultural course learning time is insufficient, operation can not be completed on time, attendance rates are low, pass the examination rate is low. The main reason is the team itself weak cultural foundation, training in physical fatigue and don't want to learn game time conflict. (5) caused by Nanjing Agricultural University of high level volleyball team learning and training contradiction important factors including conflict with the annual game time and learning time; long time high intensity training lead to physical fatigue affecting athletes'cultural education; poor players and cultural foundation, failed in the exam, we rebuilt and examination, affect the training attendance; the player's own athletic rank and level is low, an increase of the difficulty of training, the players on the importance of training and cultural lessons and enthusiasm is not high.
