School education in the teaching design, that is, focus on the teaching of basic knowledge and basic skills,but also lay emphasis on the tr practical abilaining of students'life practice ability. Quality education has been the based of curriculum reform in our country, the heart of quality education is to cultivate free people with independent personality and independent innovation. Our advocates have also been more than a decade, but the reality due to the limitation of social environment, parents utilitarian heart, as well as college entrance examination system, education for all-around development is still not in place to implement. Another major reason is that the concept of teacher education for lack of understanding. Now most teachers still tradition traditional educational methods to teach the main direct experience and indirect experience, supplemented, making it difficult to develop a socialist successors have to be creative and willing to practice.For the quality of education can be effective, not only need a strong support of the community also needs teacher attitudes and concepts of education were changing. My paper is about the necessity of design education reform law in implementation of quality education. Design approach, is to ask the students under the guidance of teachers, learning their choice. For enhancing the abilities of students, there is a great help,to stimulate students' interest in learning,So that students active learning.On the other hand, design pedagogy need is an open classrooms, compared to the traditional classroom teaching, more personalized, te the students as the main body, but it does not mean that teachers value weakened, on the contrary the requirements of the teachers are higher. Teachers not only need to have vast expertise, superb teaching performance art, but also can be friends forever and student attitude, learn from each other, and ultimately teaching and learning. Here highly desirable by the author of the study can promote learning of the majority of students, and promote innovative thinking education teachers.
