The result of the game can be influenced by many respects, but basketball coaches keep a critical factor, which steer the team in the right direction. According to the features and developing tendency, basketball coaches conclude and represent their own system of philosophical thoughts and ideas by constant learning, grope and practice. It is a summary of constructing, spirit level to team and problems in training. Besides, with more experience formed, more innovations are inspired.In this paper, studying of coaching ideas of a basketball coach, Mike krzyzewski, direction and applying the literature method, logical analysis and video analysis, deal with his unique philosophical thoughts which was conveyed in teaching process and based on the achievements of researches conducted by preceding scholars. Hence, it shows that basketball coaches apply their teaching style of basketball to the team and be a reference for the ongoing study.The major conclusions of this paper are the following.(1)Great attention must be paid to the recruiting. Core competitiveness and philosophy of the recruiting of the team need to be constructed and determined, which select right players rather than the strongest one of athletic.(2)Taking the factors of team construction into consideration:knowing the background of team, building team rules, cultivating leadership behaviors, motivating team spirits, etc.(3)Having a right understanding of winning and losing of the competition. A good or proper attitude need to be reached well by the team in basketball coaches'philosophical ideas, which turn the game into falling motivation rather than a stumbling block.(4)Strengthening players'mind in education. Based on people-centered teaching mode, basketball sports have been arranged as a course in universities. Basketball coaches need to define the importance of education. The characteristics and essence of this sport would be a educational for players in some ways.(5)Focusing on team training. A consideration of training ideas can be established through physical condition and levels of players. First, enhancing their basic skills in training. Their own knowledge structure combined with training ideas to form a system of training, which can be used by great flexibility and improve their own training system. Second, emphasizing a sense of discipline of the team and paying attention to defensive drills. Finally, underlining and using different playing styles in groups.(6)Attaching importance to the conception of team communication. Communicating with players in the training or competitions facilitates their responsibility and supports players spiritually.
