State Sports General Administration in 2014 released the document 519th in China hosted international sports events approval reform program, which is clearly pointed out that it will cancel the approval of commercial and mass international sporting events. The publication of the document, means that the folk sports event ushered in the reform of the spring, sports performance market will be more prosperous. However, the event itself professional, security and security, transportation, fire, livelihood and other issues of the full consideration of the issue, both determine the success of the tournament. At this time, a lot of folk sports events are not mature large-scale events around ready to follow. Therefore, the successful holding of large-scale sports events, not only to their own brand of shape, but also may affect the sports events around the host. In this paper, we have carried out the relevant theoretical and empirical research on the satisfaction of the service audience of the large sports events in order to provide a theoretical reference for the success of China's sports events.In this paper, we use the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the theoretical and empirical analysis. And the table is compiled by the amount of audience satisfaction of Games event services of thorough investigation and detailed analysis, draw the following conclusions:1. The amount of Games event services audience satisfaction table games ticketing by accepting service satisfaction a total of five items, games staff service satisfaction a total of six items, Games venues and facilities service satisfaction a total of five items. Games venues environment service satisfaction six items, games competition level of service satisfaction three items and Games events supporting service satisfaction a total of 8 items, a total of six dimensions,33 item.2. Youth Games demographic characteristics of the audience:male audience than a female audience; 21-40 years of age is the main audience groups; most undergraduate degree audiences; monthly income of 2000-5000 yuan most viewers; professional identity Student master; "other" is the way most of the audience get tickets; more viewers choose public transport to return to the stadium to watch the game; no more spectators to watch major sporting events live experience.3. The overall level of service Youth Games event viewer satisfaction in the "General" to "relatively satisfied" range, the overall level is relatively low. The highest satisfaction of the audience Youth Games Competition level of service for Youth Games event supporting services lowest satisfaction. On the six dimensions, different demographic characteristics and different events with varying degrees of service enjoyed difference Youth Games event service satisfaction degree under roughly the following results:women Youth Games event service satisfaction than men; 60 years old above the highest audience satisfaction; higher education undergraduate audience satisfaction; higher audience satisfaction professional identity for students and laid-off/unemployed, the unit/company employee spectators lowest satisfaction; monthly income of more than 10,000 yuan audience satisfaction the highest degree, the monthly income of 2000-5000 yuan and 5001-10000 yuan audience lowest satisfaction; Get tickets through the "other" have the highest audience satisfaction; maximum number of visitors using public transport, but the lowest satisfaction; in addition to Youth Games venues and facilities service satisfaction and environmental services YMM venues satisfaction two dimensions, the remaining dimensions no concept of a higher audience satisfaction tournament experience.4. Strengthening urban infrastructure, rich venues around the supporting services, improve ticketing accepted mechanism, improve the professional level of the staff and the establishment of audience feedback and complaints platform, can effectively improve the overall level of audience satisfaction.
