Research On Application Of Narrative Therapy In College Counselors' Ideological And Political Education Work

As a national valuable human resources,college students inject new vitality to the development of the economy.However, affected by the multicultural impact and social thought, college students easily produce perplex about interpersonal relationships, self-identity, career planning and other aspects in their process of growing,which induces psychological problems. Facing this situation, as the leader of students' growth,college counselors should promptly pay attention to college students' psychological problems, use effective methods to solve their inner trouble and guide their healthy growth.Narrative therapy provides methodology guidance for ideological and political education of counselors.It means that through using the language skill, educators help the parties find the missing fragment,lead them change their negative thinking and make them remodel the confidence of life.Narrative therapy has special advantages.lt fits the characteristics of psychological development of college students well.Therefore,applying it to counselors' education work not only can help college students' psychological growth but also is conducive to optimizing education methods of counselors.
