| The fairness of the school is the embodiment of educational fairness at the micro level,which is the core of educational fairness.Students are the subjects of the school,Whether they can effectively feel fair is the key to achieving school internal fairness.The study found that,with age,the fairness of students continue to change,while the junior high school students consider equal treatment the most.This paper,from the perspective of educational fairness,takes the school homework as the carrier,through the student interview,the text analysis and the student questionnaire,to examine the condition of school educational fairness.In the research,first of all,we pay attention to that whether the students can enjoy equal opportunities in the homework arrangement,homework correction and homework commentary,reflecting opportunity fair,and then take whether different students are treated differently into account,reflecting difference fair,in addition,especially stress the compensation for the backward students.The survey shows that,in the eyes of junior high school students,there are some unfair phenomena in homework.Specifically,these unfair phenomena are as follows:in the homework assignment,opportunity fair and difference fair are both at relatively low level.In addition,although there is no difference on the gender of students,there are significant statistically differences on student score,student grade,teacher and discipline.In the homework correction,although most students are treated equally,there is the phenomenon that backward students are often neglected.As the same results,there are also significant statistically differences on student score,student grade,teacher and discipline;In the homework commentary,opportunity fair and difference fair are also at relatively low level.Through the difference analysis,it is found that There are significant statistically differences on student gender,student score,student grade and discipline.Based on this,some measures and suggestions are put forward to implement the fairness of homework:First,in the homework arrangement,teachers are ought to seek difference in common ground;Second,in the homework correction,teachers should pay special attention to backward students;Third,in the homework commentary,Teachers and students should be more motivated and motivated. |
