Education is the foundation of national revitalization and social progress.Pre-service mathematic teachers as an important member of going to the classroom to teach mathematics knowledge in the future,they need to understand the complicated mathematics classroom in advance and to master the instructional triangle interaction happened in the classroom.With the help of video lessons,pre-service teachers can analysis classroom effectively.But when watching and analyzing teaching videos,pre-service teachers should to learn how to notice the classroom contents that could be helpful to their professional development.Currently existing related abroad studyhave shown that pre-service teachers' noticing ability is deficient that need to be developed and can be developed successful.The purpose of this study is to improve pre-service teachers' ability on noticing the instructional triangle interaction happened in the video lessons.These pre-service teachers come from a normal university department of mathematics.So we designed the worksheets and let the pre-service teachers analysis video lessons under the guidance of the worksheets.The object is 37 pre-service teachers who are come from a normal university department of mathematics.Using the form of questionnaire and submitting analysis reports before and after teaching to study.This study has three research questions as follows:(1)How do the pre-service mathematics teachers' noticing initially?(2)Does the pre-service teachers' noticing content has a shift and the level has improved under the guidance of the worksheets in the video lessons analysis activitity?how can this change be reflected in specific?(3)What are their attitudes toward the professional development approach?According to the literature and the pre-service teachers' answers,the author developed an analytical framework and coded the pre-service teachers' analysis report of video lessons before and after teaching,then divided their interpretation of noticing content into different levels and compared the change before and after teaching.The following conclusions can be found in the study:(1)At the present stage,the pre-service teachers have a positive attitude toward the video lessons analysis activity,but they lack such experience;(2)Under the guidance of the worksheets,pre-service teachers not only paid more attention on the instructional triangle but also has a significantly improve on their noticing level,and that can analysis the video lessons in the worksheets' language after learning;(3)The pre-service teachers are positive to the professional development approach.
