With the rapid development of informational technology, the impact of informational technology on education becomes increasingly, and educational informationization has become a important aspect of education reform and development in china. Teacher is the primary factor in the field of education. Their ET capability has an important impact on implementation of educational informationization. Pre-service teacher education is the foundation and source of teachers' cultivation. But it is suffering from serious impacts of education reform. How to cultivate qualified teachers for nation in info-age is an urgent research topic. Cultivating pre-service teachers' ET capability is an effective settlement of this issue. What about present situation and quality of the pre-service teachers' ET capability? This is what this paper to study.Chapter one is a brief introduction to study, mainly about its background, content, significance, methods and processes.Chapter two focuses on related concepts and the status quo at home and abroad about researches on cultivation of the pre-service teachers' ET capability.Chapter three synthesizes theoretical basis. Combined with the exposition of the theory, and characteristics of cultivation of the pre-service teachers' ET capability, it provides a theoretical guidance for the design of cultivating strategies in chapter five.Chapter four summarizes the main issues of cultivation, which is based on the investigations of the pre-service teachers' ET capability, and data analysis. The issues include a single means for cultivating pre-service teachers' ET capability, a bad effectiveness of the course of "Modern Educational Technology", and infrastructure education needs detached from pre-service, and a low informationization of the teachers in Normal Colleges and Universities, etc. Among them, we implement the investigation and analysis from the aspect of the training process and quality.Chapter five designs the training strategy. Through the analysis of the previous chapters, with the guidance of the relevant theoretical, based on the existing problems in the cultivating pre-service teachers, and combined with the research results at home and broad, we put forward the cultivating strategies from the angles of the structure of curricula and implement of curricula. From the aspect of curricula structure, the strategies include: constructing hidden curriculum of ET ,establishing an open curriculum system for cultivating ET Capability, and highlighting the characteristics of the public course "the modern educational technology"; from the aspect of curriculum implementation, the strategies include: implementing of tiered training on the foundation of the characteristics of students; choosing teaching methods reasonably, improving training effectiveness, strengthening education practice to show the ability.
