The guidance case is a kind of textual data which has been produced to improve students’ self-regulated learning ability since the new curriculum reform.Since the guidance case has been produced,some schools have improved the quality of teaching,but some schools have a lot of problems.Whether it is to promote the further development of the guidance case’s teaching reform,or under the revelation of the guidance case to discuss other teaching methods to develop students ’ self-regulated learning ability,it is necessary to do some further research of the guidance case.This research select the case study of junior middle school in Dalian as the research case.And it use the literature research method,the interview method and the questionnaire survey method to introduce the whole process of the guidance case tried carrying out in S junior middle school,analyze the effect and the problems,explore the reasons why the school don’t achieve good results,and make recommendations for the schools that are using guide cases and the schools that are preparing to use case studies.After the investigation,this research found that the junior middle school have achieved certain results,but the problems are far greater than the results,including teachers in the face of reform is not united;the guidance case is designed to textbooks,or exercises;the guidance case is rigid;teachers are not good at "guidance" and "learning";under the use of students the quality of the guidance case is low.School stopp carrying out the guidance case at last.After analysis,this study believes that S junior middle school useing guidance cases don’t achieve good results for the following four main reasons.First,the school introduce the guidance case with blindness;the trial process stay on the surface,including teacher training not in place and imperfect regulatory evaluation mechanism;the school cancel the guidance case only for benefit and lack of reflection.Second,teachers lack of knowledge about the guidance case;teachers’ teaching ability of useing the guidance case to teach is low—— pre-class guidance,guidance at class,guidance of learning method are inadequate.Thirdly,there is a deviation at the students’ understanding of the guidance case,and they self-learning ability is low.Fourthly,the limited rationality of the guidance case itself.On the one hand,the suitability of the case is not strong.It is influenced by the difference between the knowledge,and the differences in the situation of the textbook problem;on the other hand,it maybe bound teachers’ and students’ thinking.In view of the above reasons,this study puts forward the following suggestions: First of all,clear the scope of application of the guidance case.Second,the school should reduce the blind pursuit for the reform and don’t only care for benefit,strengthen the guidance case of training-related training in depth,establish and improve the regulatory evaluation mechanism.Teachers should correctly understand the guidance case,so as to optimize the design of the guidance case,and use it rationally,while strengthening the guidance of students using the guidance case.The main problem of this study is the reason why the school don’t achieve good results.The main responsibility lies the school.The school carries out the guidance case without deep thinking on the reform of teaching,and the rational consciousness.Therefore,in the face of the guidance case,first of all,we should face up to its advantages and limitations,and combine with the actual teaching situation,in order to maximize the value of the guidance case. |
