In the implementation of the new curriculum,the teaching behavior research has become one of the effective ways of teaching research and has drawn widespread attention.The elementary school mathematics classroom teaching as the main form of the elementary school mathematics teaching,is the important form to cultivate pupils development thinking,and master the basic knowledge.However,the key to improve the quality of classroom teaching lies in the cultivation of excellent teachers,especially for the elementary school mathematics recruits teachers,who should avoid the detour and wrong way,so how to adopt effective strategy becomes the key to raise the capacity of classroom teaching behavior.This study based on the present situation of the mathematics classroom teaching behavior from some elementary schools of Huanggang,using the model "classroom observation,classroom activity,classroom teaching behavior coding,the differentiation analysis on teaching behavior between recruits teachers and excellent teachers,and put forward the strategy" to research.On the research content,selecting three main teaching behaviors-presentation behavior,dialogue behavior and guidance behavior to study respectively.Through formulating classroom observation scale,and analyzing the difference of classroom teaching behavior between recruits teachers and excellent teachers,this ease comes to the three main effective strategies of teaching behavior.On the research methods,combining qualitative research and quantitative research,and using the interaction of various survey methods such as the method of video footage,classroom observation method,comparative method,questionnaire survey method,and interview method,such as to improve the effectiveness of the findings.On the selection of research Angle,not only from the perspective of teachers,with Angle for research students at the same time,on the one hand,enhance the reliability of the conclusion,on the other hand reflect the two-way interactive teaching and learning.
