It is the political advantage and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China that attaches great importance to the ideological and political education.Since the 18th Congress of China's Communist Party,micro blog,wechat and client have sprung up rapidly and micro communication has become a mainstream for its unique model of communication.College students have regarded the emerging media as the main channel to receive ideological and political education information,which gives an urgent demand for ideological and political education workers to insist on advancing with the times.This also attaches great importance to the use and management of new media,and standardizes the order of communication,forming the new paradigm and the new pattern of the ideological and political education.Besides,the carried out ideological and political education activities have achieved great success.At the same time these still have many problems,which requires the innovation of the micro communication model to solve the existing problems effectively.It is of great importance to take this opportunity to construct the micro communication model of ideological and political education.It has not only realized the combination of micro cosmic research and the macro scopic field of vision in ideological and political education,providing an academic reference for the crossover study of the ideological and political education,but also has provided academic inspiration of solving the problems for subjects and objects.What is more,it provides a novel framework for analysis and explanation for micro communication of ideological and political education.Thus,it contributes to the comprehensive inspect and accurate resolve of realistic problems in the micro communication to further strengthen the communication force and pertinence and effectiveness of the micro communication and promote the development of the connotation and quality improvement of the ideological and political education to achieve the return to students,and the full implementation of the fundamental task of morality education.In the course of research,this paper runs through the "two co-ordination" principle of the ideological line,that is always adhere to the "co-ordination of macro and micro,and co-ordination of theory and practice".In this paper,the micro communication model of ideological and political education in universities is regarded as the research object.With establishing the model,and the sample survey methods,this paper mainly discusses six aspects.Firstly,it mainly analyzes the background of the research and the significance of the research,combing and reviewing the research status,clarifing the main methods of research,and pointing out the innovation and deficiencies of the research.Secondly,it defines the basic concept of micro communication and micro communication of ideological and political education in universities from the related theory,and explores the related supporting theoretical basis.This mainly includes the Spiritual Communication Theory,Mass Communication Effect Theory and Human Nature and Free and All-round Development Theory.Pointing out the significance and value of construction of micro communication model.Thirdly,it mainly examines the results of the micro communication of ideological and political education in universities and summarizes the main problems in the micro communication and specifically analyzes the cause of the problems,along with real investigation.Fourthly,based on the origin of the problem,regarding the law of students' growth,the rules of ideological and political work,the law of imparting knowledge and educating people,and follows the law of new media development and the laws of modern micro communication as the scientific instruction,it points out the basic principle of the micro communication model construction,and interprets and analyzes the core elements of the micro communication.On the basis of an overall construction of the ideological and political education of the"Factor Synergy" micro communication model,the evaluation model is also put forward.Fifthly,guided by the "Factor Synergy" micro communication model,and considering micro communication problems in universities,it precisely designs eight micro communication strategies,these are,to construct micro resources,to cultivate micro subjects,to enrich micro information,to make good use of the micro media,to encourage the micro methods,to grasp the micro audience,to pay attention to the micro control and to develop micro ecology,helping to resolve realistic problems in the micro communication and enhancing the effectiveness of the micro communication.Sixthly,it summarizes the four conclusions during the whole research process,prospects the deepening direction of further research,and puts forward that micro communication research of ideological and political education in universities must insist on the original,return to the original heart,absorb the foreign essence,be eclectic,be future-oriented,and fulfill two-way development.
