Research On Ideological And Political Education During The Teacher-student Communication Problems

Ideological and political education communication is the innovation of ideological and political education method, which plays an irreplaceable role in the development of ideological and political education methodology system in the new period. In the process of communication practice, various problems have affected the final effect of ideological and political education seriously. Studying on the ideological and political education communication problem between teachers and students not only can provide practice guidance for teachers and students, but also can greatly enrich and develop the theoretical system of ideological and political education.The investigation and study of the article is mainly in the form of interviews. It is discussed respectively in the three aspects of problem representation, factor analysis and countermeasure research. The main factor of communication, communication process and the communication environment are the major aspects that resulting in ideological and political education communication problem between teachers and students according to analyzing and summarizing the interview. On the bath of expounding the three aspects in details, this article has explored series of strategies in four aspects which are deepening the theory study, improving the communication elements, unblocked communication process and optimizing the environment of communication to improve the ideological and political education communication between teachers and students.
