Research On The National Social Sports Instructor Training System In Jilin Province

To carry out social sports activities for the key to enhance the quality of life of residents,and social sports activities of the organizers and instructors in this play a key role in cultivating key,high level and high quality of social sports instructors has become a key points of the current sports work.Although Jilin province economic development is relatively slow,the work of training of social sports instructors started relatively late,but in the past few years,has developed tens of thousands of workers from all walks of social sports guidance,these guiding workers exist in the society,has played a positive role in promoting the development of social sports organization and.As the highest level of national social sports instructors training groups,they played a good role model in social sports work,so how to cultivate high-quality national social sports instructor,has a direct relationship with good training system.This paper aims to study the Jilin province national social sports instructor training system,by using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,mathematical statistics and training system status in Jilin Province,the national social sports instructors were studied.The results are as follows:(1)the Jilin province national social sports instructor training number increased steadily,but still can not meet the actual needs of the community,need more social experience,social responsibility of national social sports instructors;national social sports instructor team of high age,although years of work has accumulated rich experience,but also exposed the work lacks vitality shortcomings;education level of national social sports instructors is low,needs to be further optimized in the selection process.(2)still exists in Jilin province national social sports instructor training in many problems,mainly reflected in: the training content limitation and lack of pertinence,practical curriculum proportion is not reasonable,lack of operability,student background differences,training content lack of local characteristics,fraud and other aspects of promotion period.(3)evaluation system for the investigation of Jilin province national social sports instructor training system respectively from the selection system,curriculum system,curriculum content,teaching,and teaching system and training of Jilin Province,analyzes the existing national social sports instructors training system,and an in-depth analysis.After in-depth analysis of the Jilin province national social sports instructor training system,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve Jilin province national social sports instructor training system are as follows: first,the adjustment of the training objectives,training goals should be realistic,in line with the truth;second,optimize the training content,the training content should be set according to the actual demand,at the same time should be combined with local characteristics,scientific and systematic planning of training content;third,improve the training structure,reasonable arrangement of teaching theory and practice of accounting;fourth,changing the way of training,increase the interaction step in class,increase the combination of theory and practice content is introduced;fifth,strengthening the teachers,the selection of outstanding teachers,increase the training funds input.
