"Sports with education" development background,the traditional project school of basketball basketball reserve talented person cultivation base in China,more and more social attention and recognition.Basketball project transfer school become the basketball talents main channel has become the new direction of the development of the basketball reserve talented person in our country.Jilin province basketball sports has a long history and tradition project school in the good basketball movement development environment value continuously emerging.At the end of 2014,Jilin province sports bureau and Jilin province education department to review and published the new list of basketball traditional project schools.Jilin province attaches great importance to the development of basketball traditional project schools,the traditional project school of basketball basketball talent training ability gradually improve.In the development process of basketball traditional project school of Jilin province is faced with many difficulties,especially high school basketball tradition project school,the university entrance exam and the entrance pressure,the development of basketball sports woes.In order to define the high school basketball in Jilin province traditional school basketball talent cultivation project status,promote the basketball sports level and ability of the talents cultivation,this paper takes Jilin province high school basketball tradition project school personnel training as the research object,the integrated use of literature,expert interview,questionnaire investigation and logical analysis methods,such as traditional project school of Jilin province high school basketball basketball investigation and study the present situation and problems of talent training.Results: Jilin province high school basketball,a total of 14 traditional project schools,nearly eighty percent concentrated in Changchun area.Basketball operations form mainly includes building up schools operate independently,relying on youth basketball club,and sports school sports team cooperation;Basketball talent at an average age of 16.8 years,man's basketball player.Fixed number of year of the basketball talent training focused on 3-4 years,the secondary basketball athlete of the large number is basketball talent;Man's basketball coaches relatively more,age structure more reasonable,inadequate professional basketball coaches.Basketball coaches are mainly high and primary title,bachelor's and master's degree is a major degree level of basketball coaches,basketball coaches teaching years mainly concentrated in the following 8 years.Contradictions between "learning" is widespread,and medical facilities and the facilities can not able to meet the needs of training and competition.The schools of the differences of financial investment,and the school of basketball sports development and cultivation of talents and attention,parents for their children to participate in basketball more support;Talent training system and the system lag,basketball competition system is imperfect,the basketball movement conditions are not perfect,the contradictions,and basketball player low quantity and quality of factors become the main factors of basketball talent training;Improve the personnel training system,improve the basketball competition system,improve the conditions of basketball,deepen the "teaching" basketball personnel training mode,building construction and development of talent training mode,improve the quality and quantity of basketball talent,is the effective measure to solve the basketball talents plight.
