Cultivation of students of basketball tactics, all countries in the world has a unique approach, and the increasingly improved. Chinese about basketball training of students are subject to various constraints, the traditional school basketball basketball team is also subject to certain restrictions, it is difficult to train a high level of basketball athletes for the country, and the overall level of training is low. This study is through to research and analysis to Shanxi Province basketball traditional school men’s team conducted a detailed analysis of the current situation of the development, the restricting factors, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and analysis, for the Shanxi province middle school basketball movement can provide theoretical basis for the healthy and orderly development of reference.In this study, a random sample of 9 Shanxi Province basketball traditional school men’s team as the research object, use the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, logical analysis and other methods of analysis and research to the development situation, draw the following conclusions and suggestions:1. the Shanxi Province basketball traditional middle school basketball team, the organizational structure of high school group is better than the junior high school group, but the height advantage is not obvious; the number of training exercises in the week containing more than 4 times, day training time in 2-4 hours. The venue, equipment can basically meet the team’s daily training. 2. the player and coach with the Shanxi Province basketball traditional middle school students basketball team players, relationship between good players in basketball training; the main purpose is to enhance the basketball techniques and strengthen the physique, the biggest harvest is to master a certain amount of basketball technique and cultivation of sports exercise interest. 3. the main factors affecting the development of basketball in Shanxi province traditional middle school men’s team has the attention degree, the school campus leadership training environment there is the parents of the students participate in basketball team attitude and so on; in the construction and development process of middle school basketball team, coaches think athletes poor foundation and schools to give the team less investment is the key factors restricting the development of the team.In view of the above conclusion, put forward the corresponding countermeasures:1. through the establishment of good competition mechanism and incentive mechanism, to attract professional background, experience of coaches or professional athletes, offers a variety of training support, create advantages into play to their professional ability. 2. through the positive publicity, lectures and a series of ways, promote the school, coaches, athletes, and the parents of the students understand the extracurricular basketball training culture, understand the necessity, after-school basketball training goals and guide the extracurricular basketball training. Through the development of pupils’ various basketball competitions, quickening the cultivation of the basketball population. 3. middle school students association actively cooperate with the work, and the establishment of the middle school basketball association, undertake for decision-making mechanism under the middle school basketball movement to give advice and suggestions, the function of the service, responsible for the daily training, match organization work, vigorously promote the Shanxi Province basketball traditional middle school basketball team’s development and progress.
