Study On The Present Situation,Problems And Countmeasures Of Aesthetic Education In Vocational College

With the rapid development of vocational education,vocational college students have become the largest proportion of college students.Due to the influence of the heavy wisdom education and the examoriented education,they tend to be lack of confidence,not good at independent thinking and lack of innovation consciousness in their study.It runs counter to China's urgent need of highly skilled personnel with innovative thinking and craftsman spirit.So,in addition to the cultivation of strong and professional skills,the vocational schools should pay more attention to the students' comprehensive quality.And,aesthetic education can provide the students with opportunities for the development of various potential to create excellent people with overall quality and can help the students to become more in line with the requirements of the times of high skilled talents.This paper was divided into four parts.In the first part,it discussed the characteristics and value of aesthetic education in vocational colleges.Aesthetic education can provide inspiring and attractive means for moral education.At the same time,it plays an irreplaceable role in the development of creative thinking.Besides,it can more effectively promote the development of the students' physical and mental health.All in all,aesthetic education plays a positive and unignored role in the development of students' physical quality,the improvement of students' professional skills,the internalization of students' occupation moral pursuit and the students' occupation development.In the second part,by the questionnaire and interview,it analyzed the implementation situation of aesthetic education in vocational colleges from the following four aspects: the students,the teachers,the curriculums and the activities.In the third part,it analyzed the problems and influencing factors in the implementation situation of aesthetic education from the students,teachers,curriculum and institutions in vocational college.Finally,it explored the following feasible measures to solve the problems: establishing a correct concept of aesthetic education,improving the quality of teachers and cultivating the professional aesthetic teachers by the establishment of team incentive and evaluation mechanism,improving the aesthetic education curriculum by constructing the perfect course system and improving teaching methods to improve the aesthetic quality of class teaching,and carrying out a variety of aesthetic activities on the campus to increase students' aesthetic experience and improve their aesthetic quality in practice.In this paper,based on the characteristics and value analysis on the aesthetic education of vocational education,it studied the status and discussed the measures for the problems of aesthetic education status in Vocational colleges from reality.It was hoped that it can make some contribution to the construction of aesthetic education in vocational education.
