The Study On The Situations And Measures Of Students' Ideological And Political Education

National Colleges and universities are the general colleges and universities established by the party and the state to solve the problem of national minorities, which is an important part of the higher education system in China. Ethnic Colleges and universities undertake the important task of cultivating the excellent talents, inheriting and carrying forward the national traditional culture, studying the theories, policies and national problems for the country. At present, ethnic universities and colleges for students have made achievements in the ideological and political education, transported a number of outstanding graduates to the ethnic minority area of our country, which has made a significant contribution to national economic prosperity and development, social stability and unity. But with the further development, the country puts forward higher requirements for the national colleges and universities in ideological and political education work. And the changes of the situation at home and abroad have made the national colleges and universities ideological and political work facebig challenges. Therefore, it is necessary to summarize experience in a timely manner, analyzethe new situations and questions we encounterand seek solutions actively to improve the effectiveness of national colleges and universities ideological and political education work.Students in national colleges is an important force for the social and economic development in the minority areas. It isimportant for them to maintain and promote the regional unity and stability in minority areas. Their ideological and political ideasare directly related to whether they canpersist in working there and make some contributions to the national unity, prosperity and development. As a result, their ideological and political education needs to be highly valued by the state, the society and the school.This thesis is mainly to solve these three questions based on the data collected by the questionnaire and interview which are the present situation of college students' ideological and political ideas, the problems of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the solutions to these problems.The researcher uses the questionnaire to know about the present situation of students'ideological and political ideas, compared with other researchers'results. And then the researcher will use SPSS to analyze these data in order to find the characteristics and problems of college students' ideological and political ideas.The causes of the problems are the influences of the students themselves, the insufficient ideological and political work, the multi-culture and the deficient working system of ideological and political education. And the researcher hopes to find solutions to these problems to promote our ideological and political education in colleges and universities.At last, this thesis puts forward some solutions to improve the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four aspects which are to educate students according to their features of ideological and political idea, to improve the ways to ideological and political education, to strengthen theories propaganda and to improve the educational system.We hope this thesis can help the workers in national colleges and universities widen thoughts and provide some feasible methods in the actual work.
