Investigation And Research On Students' Extracurricular Sports Activities In Wuxi Outang Vocational Education

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,higher vocational school students to take the school to face career,employment,must have excellent physical and psychological capacity.Wuxi Ou Tang Vocational Education Park has been built and run for many years,the park eight colleges and universities nearly 60,000 students health issues as the most attention of sports workers.In this paper,through the study of the current situation of the students 'physical activities in the vocational colleges in Wuxi,we can understand the current situation of the students' cognition on the status quo of sports activities and find out the main reasons why they are not willing to participate in sports training.For the right medicine,promote the formation of students lifelong physical exercise habits.And find out the relevant factors that affect the students' extracurricular sports activities,and put forward the effective countermeasure,and provide the reference for the education department and related institution leaders to formulate the relevant policies.It can provide the basis for setting up the PE curriculum and extracurricular sports activities.This article takes the extracurricular sports activities carried out by the students of the eight vocational colleges in the city of Wuxi as the research object.This paper analyzes the cognition and development of students' extracurricular sports activities in vocational colleges of Wuxi Ootang Vocational and Technical College by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Through the investigation and study,the following conclusions are drawn:Conclusion:1 The vocational schools of students extracurricular sports activities,attention is not enough.2 lack of professional physical activity activities instructor.3 Students' interest in extracurricular sports activities is not enough.4 Effects of students to participate in extra-curricular sports activities of the external environment factors are more.According to the investigation and research on the extracurricular sports activities of vocational colleges in Wuxi,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:Suggestions:1.Wuxi vocational education administrative departments and vocational schools should strengthen their understanding of the significance of extracurricular sports activities.2.First,the school's existing physical education teachers to improve the professional ability of training.Second is to coordinate the educational administration departments,the rational introduction of new physical education teachers,to enrich the school's physical education teachers.3.Physical education teachers in the classroom teaching process to strengthen the promotion of knowledge of physical exercise,so that students fully understand the scientific and rational physical exercise for their own beneficial effects,to mobilize the subjective initiative of students.4 Fully guide and make good use of the vocational college student organizations,students build a good platform for activities.
