In recent years,with the rapid development of higher vocational education,private higher vocational education has achieved rapid development in guangzhou,in guangdong province occupies an important position in the private higher education.However,from the basic conditions for offering education of higher vocational colleges run by the local standard,due to its short development,school there are many problems in each aspect,as an important part of college sports colleges and universities extracurricular sports activities,too.Therefore,himself through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,private higher vocational colleges(specialist)in guangzhou as the research object,through to the guangzhou private higher vocational colleges(college)students in extracurricular physical education of colleges and universities sports facilities and funds,teacher's basic situation,students participate in the survey,as well as the subjective and objective factors affecting students participate in extracurricular sports activities,in order to understand the guangzhou private higher vocational colleges(college)in the process of students extracurricular sports activities,and put forward to solve the problem and corresponding countermeasures.The results of the study:(1)the private vocational colleges physical education teachers in guangzhou the overall basic reasonable and younger age structure,the number of graduate degrees higher,but less senior titles;The scientific research is not highly motivated and the level of scientific research is low;At the same time the teacher workload is big,the treatment is not proportional to the pay.(2)the shortage of sports facilities and sports facilities in vocational colleges seriously affected students' enthusiasm for participating in extra-curricular sports activities;Most students are not satisfied with the stadiums;Lack of organization and management and the limitations of traditional project refers to the higher vocational colleges and universities extracurricular sports competition,sports club,sports association)organization and management system is not sound,after-school sports training on a smaller scale.(3)most schools don't pay much attention to after-school activities,invest very little in funds,lack the publicity of extra-curricular sports activities,and promote a single,insufficient publicity.(4)most students take part in extra-curricular sports activities,have the right motive,lack of sports safety awareness.(5)the number of students to participate in and time is far from the requirements,within the main tendency on the activities in school,participate in the project of restricted by the school facilities more focus on the traditional body project,activity form and class activities and friends.To participate in extracurricular sports activities motivation and choose projects,boys and girls will vary according to the physical and personality traits,the number of participating sports activity and time boys are significantly higher than girls,for the low consumption on the extracurricular sports activities,mainly concentrated on the consumption of sports equipment and sportswear,girls low sports consumption relative to boys.(6)the subjective factors that affect students' participation in extracurricular activities are poor sports skills,physical factors,inertia and lack of interest.The objective factors are the shortage of sports facilities,the lack of organization and guidance,the lack of sports atmosphere and the heavy burden of study.
