And friendship values advocate social ethics construction from the aspect of individual citizens, which plays a basic role in the core values system. Kindness is an essential part of social members living in harmony, development and progress. And it is a good moral quality.Friendship connotation is enriched with the development of history. From initial appearance of oracle intuitively to the Confucian's thought of "benevolence" in the traditional culture, as well as the "love" put forward by Aristotle, and then the current promoting friendship values, because they are on the basis of inheriting the outstanding traditional culture, the connotation of kindness are gradually enriched and perfect. As code of ethics, kindness should be followed when people deal with the interpersonal relationship; As moral quality, kindness is more embodied in the individual self-discipline, which is based on the tolerance of the kind heart, friendliness and kindness. friendliness differs from hypocrisy. friendliness is closely linked with love and kindness. friendship relationships are established on the basis of equality which has principled exchanges. its precondition is whether people have the morality of their own. friendliness is the lubricant of interpersonal communication. its value can be achieved by a series of basic requirements. Friendship values are formed with a certain understanding of connotation, characteristics, basic requirements and valuable relations. as for the people's fundamental views of the friendship value, it is up to views and attitudes when people handling interpersonal relationship. it includes social values and personal values. Friendship values plays a fundamental role.College students are the sources of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. they have an irreplaceable role in the social development of our country. The university is the key period for forming friendship values. friendliness is a moral quality that the college students' interpersonal communication should have. and they shoulder the historical mission of the construction of the motherland future value. It is necessary for college students to strengthen the cultivation on friendliness. college students play an important role in the construction of socialist harmonious society. In this paper, according to the investigation of friendship values for college students, we found that college students are relatively lack in friendliness. At the same time, we found that college students have some problems in cultivating friendship values, Which causes a bad result. The article is based on the data of survey, which analyze the causes of college students' problems on friendliness from family, school, society and college students themselves. And we put forward measures for the improvement of college students' cultivation on friendliness. This paper argues that the principle of life, consistency and period should be followed. At the same time,we should make use of the role of family, school and society together. College students should also strengthen self cultivation of friendliness. Only following certain principles, friendship values of cultivating college students can be achieved.
