Which supports hammer is the most classical octupole boxing is one of the most basic action, the action research has the vital significance in the study of brace hammer movement analysis, this article by the application of sports biomechanics research methods and means to reveal the movement law of technical elements occur at a different time, the actions for the standardization of the teaching and training to provide scientific data to support and reference.In this paper, in the process of research by means of the advanced experiment and the analysis of video monitoring system to maintain hammer movement process, and through relevant software for the relevant index to the basic sports biomechanics to calculate. Will hold hammer technology for quantitative research, the theory of octupole punch to a certain degree of scientific validation and supplement.
