Before study the topic of the influence factors of the the analysis of key impact factors of why multinational corporations decide doing philanthropies,the article summed up the relevant theories briefly and drew a basic conclusion which says that there is a basic phenomenon in the foreign related theoretical research work of the corporation's philanthropies,which is either consider the corporations as the “Social man” and analyses everything from the angle of corporate social responsibility or consider the corporations as a “ Business Man” and analyses all the things from the angle of charitable donation.The above mentioned research methods ignored the connotation and the historical background of the corporation's philanthropies,further more they ignored the dual role of the enterprises as “social man” and “business man”.These research methods are one-sided,thus can not comprehensively reflect the research achievements of the “Philanthropies”.In order to study the impact factors objectively,systematically and effectively,the driving force of the decision-making for the multinational corporation's philanthropies is chosen as the emphasis of this paper and the theoretical proof of the importance of the impact factors and other factors is carried out on the basis of the widely studied of the academic achievements and valuable point of views.Furthermore this article took a very clever research method to extract lots of samples and data over a long period of time span(say 10 years)from many companies and made the practice research confirmation accordingly.This article is trying to find out the more innovation and more extension way to do the research work.After studying,this article clearly proposed a viewpoint says that philanthropies of multinational corporations has the historical and culture background and it is the market decision-making behavior under the comprehensive effect of internal driving force and the external driving force & cultural driving force.The traditional thoughts and values are the original power and guidance of their decision-making behavior.Under the premise of ensuring the interests of the major shareholders,and considering of the corporate social responsibility and the strategic philanthropy,the decisions are made according to the financial status and the requirements of the social reputation management.Hope this paper will provide the valuable reference to the academic research work and the Chinese transnational companies philanthropies practice in the same field.
