with the development of The Times, work rhythm of modern life continues to increase, the emotional impact on the people live and work more and more attention of the society. Vocational college teachers in the teacher ranks is a relatively special group, their emotional competence development to a certain extent affect the professional competence development of teachers, to improve the development of vocational education will have a great role in promoting. Current emotional intelligence, emotional competence for students growth and study the influence of already is a hot research topic in the field of psychology, but existing research pay more attention to the students, the teachers' emotions competence especially the professional teachers' competence to study is relatively small, the professional teachers' competence and the relationship between the sense of the sense of self-efficacy research is still relatively scarce.This study five vocational colleges in fujian area of 378 vocational college teachers as the research object, using the questionnaire survey to explore the professional teachers' emotional abilities and the relationship between the sense of the sense of self-efficacy and the study has obtained certain achievements, the vocational education.(1) the professional colleges and universities teachers' emotional abilities whether there is no normal graduates, taught grade difference, but there is a gender, age, marriage, education, teaching age, professional title, the scheme of the difference of the teacher, in general, the greater the age, the longer the teaching experience, the title of the higher vocational colleges teachers' emotion competence, the better; Married with children, undergraduate education and vocational colleges from the scheme of the teacher's emotion competence best.(2) the vocational colleges teachers the sense of the sense of self-efficacy does not exist as gender, age, marriage, educational level, teaching age, professional title, the scheme of the teachers, whether graduates of teachers, taught grade difference, visible vocational colleges not enough emphasis on teachers' the sense of the sense of self-efficacy, the need to attract attention.(3) the vocational colleges teachers there is a correlation mood competence and the sense of the sense of self-efficacy.
