Research On The Feasibility And Necessity Of Primary And Secondary Schools To Carry Out "Activity School" Plan

In today's Chinese society,teenagers due to lack of exercise and produce a series of serious consequences have emerged:poor physique,frail,vision loss,difficulty concentrating and other adverse conditions in the primary and middle school students groups.Foreign research has pointed out that at present,the parents generation insufficient physical activity will directly lead to the child life reduce 5 years,so the primary and middle school students,physical health problems in a teenager has become a more and more attention and need urgently to solve worldwide problems.In this background,in order to solve this problem a series of "Activity School" by foreign projects,and for this project research is not much of our country,to alleviate the current trend of primary and middle school students physical deterioration will inevitably need to actively absorb western school sports good experience.Yet it involves the "vitality"campus whether this outstanding project in China is suitable for our country whether it has the necessity and feasibility,but for the research in our country at present is not much.This study "Activity School" plan of action as the research object,mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,from the environment of health promotion at the present stage in China,problems that exist in the adolescent children's way of life of "Activity School" action plan implementation status quo at home and abroad were reviewed,and then to participate in "Activity School" action plan "Activity School" pilot school teachers action plan of the status quo of cognition and action plan satisfaction investigation,comprehensive analysis to "Activity School" plan of action in implementation of primary and secondary schools to carry out the necessity and feasibility of our country.The results of this study are as follows:1."Activity School" plan of action has the rich sports project,focus on in-class and after-class sports quality,advocating regardless of internal or external adhere to physical activity,it can stimulate children's interest in and physical education learning,effectively prevent obesity in children and adolescents,is an effective health promotion plan of action.2.The physical health of children and adolescents in China,lack of physical activity levels,at the same time sports career development education workers and children parents rely on education for their children,to promote the full implementation of" Activity School " action plan.3.Whether "Activity School" action plan has been mature,the government,a line of sports teachers,children parents to call for and support the implementation of it,for "Activity School" action plan smoothly laid a good foundation.
