With the development of the new curriculum reform,the traditional teaching mode is obviously no longer suitable for the present teaching development,in this context,a variety of new teaching models began to develop.The main research of this paper is the application of Variant Teaching in senior high school mathematics,the Variant Teaching in mathematics is to analyze the problems in mathematics from different levels,backgrounds and angles,analysis of the internal relationship between different knowledge,and then improve students' understanding ability and improve their thinking quality.This paper is based on the experience of teaching practice and the literature of related mathematics teaching,the research methods of questionnaire investigation,case analysis etc,to investigate and study the teaching methods of high school mathematics in the function part.The main research background is to explore the effective methods of mathematics teaching under the new curriculum reform,the content of this research is about the application and effect of Variant Teaching in senior high school mathematics teaching.In the process of research,the research methods including questionnaire survey,data analysis and case study three,discusses the concept and the implementation of the principles and methods of teaching,learning and mathematics through teaching can effectively improve students' ability of solving problems is proved by the number of specific cases.
