Along with the development of the major of Wushu and the national traditional sports,motor techniques,evaluation means and evaluation content of the Wushu teaching is in constant innovation.The old teaching content and standard cannot reflected the level of the evaluation of the teaching effectiveness of teachers and the skill level what students mastering.and there are many different kinds of Wushu routines,requirements and rules of skills,which has brought unprecedented challenges to the objective evaluation of Wushu.These will seriously affect the construction and development of Wushu.The methods of Wushu routines examination draw lessons from the Wushu routines competition,but Wushu routines examination system didn't get substantial improvements in the subjective assessment methods and lead to the students' Wushu evaluation closely,and the good or bad technology get obscure.That Reduce the enthusiasm of the students that students learn Wushu techniques and practice.Motor skills evaluation is the main part of physical education and is primary in the sports teaching process.Therefore,there is an urgent need to a set of complete,scientific,operational stronger Wushu skills assessment standards,Wushu and traditional sports of ordinary university,s construction need to be supervised and managed.In view of this,this study aims to establish a Wushu routines(Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan as to Chang,Tai,Nan)comprehensive evaluation standard and Wushu routines(Chang,Tai,Nan)motor skills assessment and Wushu routines(Chang,Tai,Nan)comprehensive evaluation level for the sports colleges provide the reference for the training and examination of the Wushu movement skills.The appraisal standard is not only a test of Wushu training or the level of student,but also is objective reflection of the quality and effection for Wushu training.And the standards will fill the gap of Wushu motor skills assessment standard in Wushu and traditional sports.The paper adopted the research methods of the literature data,expert consultation,sports measurment and mathematical statistics,and combined with the related research of physical education evaluation model,the curriculum evaluation model of skills related research,free combat course evaluation model,evaluation model of aerobics course,martial arts special class evaluation model of related research,and the combined with motor skill evaluation in domestic and foreign relevant research.with the Wushu college of Shanghai University of sport Wushu elective classes taught Chang Quan,Tai Chi,and Nan Quan as the research object.Through interview with an expert and combining with the Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan skill index test scores and Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan routines examination results measures correlation analysis.Finally,The result showed that Chang Quan Routine skills indicators consisted of the front kick for 20 times in situ,the push-ups in fist for 20 times,step and swing for 20 times,continuously leapfrog for three times,throw forward with back for 6 times in situ;and that Tai Chi Routine skills indicators consisted of Tai Chi raise leg position(h),the tai chi swing leg both forward and back(s);and that Nan Quan Routine skills indicators consisted of thrown boxing for 10 times(s),turned cover for 10 times(s),step cross fork pushing palm for 10 times(s).Formulate the need of test instruments and equipment for scientific and reasonable,quantifiable test.This study through the two-year track testing practice research,with Wushu college of Shanghai University of sport Wushu elective classes for nearly 100 students,motor skill index evaluation of Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan is more than 600 times,the conclusion is as follows:1.The study enriched the Wushu routines(Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan)motor skills assessment content,and established Wushu routines(Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan)motor skills assessment standards and ways,and established an objective,quantifiable Wushu routines evaluation criteria.2.The study established the scientific and reasonable standard scale,and established objective scoring system and rigorous teaching content.That can evaluate students' skill scientifically and reasonably in Wushu elective class.The study be very good to distinguish different Wushu special students' test scores.3.Wushu routines(Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan)motor skill assessment standards played a role in promoting martial arts skills.Wushu routines(Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan),motor skill assessment standards can stimulate students' learning interest and enthusiasm,and recognize their own lack of targeted for learning,training,and improve the students' Wushu special skills.4.Wushu routines(ChangQuan,TaiChi,NanQuan)motor skills of comprehensive evaluation and comprehensive evaluation standards can be focused on problem of Wushu motor skill examination in universities,around the "how to improve the effect of Wushu skills" this research task,scientific evaluation promote students,skills in Wushu exercise,and stimulates the student to study in Wushu,exercise in the enhanced physique,improve the level of sports,to cultivate healthy personality,the format Wushu motor skill appraisal standards in colleges and universities slowly.5.To be verified,Wushu routines(Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan)skills assessment standard apply to the secondary athletes more for Wushu skills assessment;Evaluation of the boy and the girl students' Wushu routines(Chang Quan,Tai Chi,Nan Quan)skill level of comprehensive effect is good,and has certain practical value.
