Functional movement screening is a widely recognized evaluation technique used to evaluate the quality of athletes' basic movements.Through testing,problems such as flexibility and stability of the subjects are identified.At present,this test is used more and more widely in China,including military,competitive sports,fitness,and medical care.Through the FMS test,it is possible to clearly observe the comprehensive performance of the athlete's movement pattern,muscle control ability,physical flexibility and stability,etc,which has important guiding significance for timely detection of athletes' functional deficiency and prevention of sports injuries.Through functional training,athletes' physical fitness is improved,providing guidance and assistance for athletes' training programs.With the continuous development of martial arts sports,the rules and regulations of the competition require more and more high quality and innovative requirements for the routines.The competitiveness of the competition is becoming more and more fierce.This requires more and more physical quality for athletes.Athletes want to be high.Excellent performance in the intensity of competition,good physical fitness and the quality of the martial arts routine is the key,therefore,the FMS test also has important guiding significance in the martial arts routine,but through the search of literature found that the relevant research is not thorough.This article uses the literature data method,expert interview method,data statistics method,test method,video analysis method and case study method,and takes 22 routine athletes from Lianyungang Wushu School of Lianyungang and 2intervention objects as research objects to conduct FMS test.The following results:1.The overall functional screening of routine athletes tends to be good from the score results.The test score is 16.41±0.85.Theoretically speaking,the risk of injury is small.Coaches should pay more attention to functional disorders and asymmetry in the muscles of athletes.phenomenon.2.By male-female comparison,male athletes perform outstandingly in core strength,while female athletes are better than male athletes in upper and lower limbflexibility.3.the main points of the routine athletes test items are: over the bar step,straight leg splits,body stability push-ups and body rotation stability,these three actions,there are three symmetrical movements,and through the symmetry of movement around Compared with scores,it is found that athletes generally have a phenomenon that the right side has a higher score than the left side,indicating that the muscle strength of routine athletes has an unbalanced development problem.4.Through intervention case studies,it is shown that functional movement screening tests and corrective training have a certain effect on the correction of athletes' incorrect movement patterns.5.The functional movement screening test can effectively diagnose the routine athletes' movement quality and injury investigations,and combined with the test results can more specifically plan intervention programs for athletes.
