In ordinary educational practice,students who are in violation of the routine behavior often interfere with the normal teaching order,and such students will affect their own growth and development.I choose a student Song Peng whose behavior is special as the object of my study.In order to launches the study of the students who breaks the rules of class.In this paper,after the researchers selected the research object,through their own practical operation,take measures to observe and summarize,in the process of guiding the object with love and inspiration to influence him.After more than six months of research,Song Peng has made a great progress in all aspects.During this time,I extracted a strategy of second grade pupils who against the code of conduct.At the same time,in the summary of the analysis,the examples cited many examples of guidance is needed by teachers,it is more targeted and operable.This paper includes six parts: the first part points out the reason of the topic selection and the significance of the research.The second part makes the concept definition and introduces the concrete experience and situation of the domestic and foreign behavior guidance research.The third part introduces the purpose,object,and the innovation of the research.The fourth part is the development process of the research and the development of the research object.The fifth part points out the effect of the stage action and the reason of the change.The sixth is the suggestions of how to guide the pupils who beyond daily code of conduct.The last part is the conclusion of this paper...
