Research On Standardized Management Of SiChuan Diving Team

The high level sports team management as an important aspect of the construction of sports team,is of great significance to China's sports power to achieve the goal;with the further expansion of opening up,the rapid development of economy and society,has been showing a complex trend of diversification.As a high level sports team training,diving team with unique training methods,means and management concept,plays an important role in the development of China's sports,which directly reflects the level of development of competitive diving project in china.In recent years the national diving team in Sichuan province important events,either from the number of entries,or race,have greatly improved,there are obvious gaps and better performance of other provincial diving team;the national team and advanced training ideas,concepts and methods compared with a larger the difference.So in a relatively short period of time to improve the diving team in Sichuan Province training management level is very necessary,to find out problems from the management team,and solve the current management issues,but also to strengthen the scientific system of training management level in order to promote the development of competitive sports in Sichuan province.This article through the literature data method,analysis method and discussion method,analyzes the influencing factors of Sichuan diving team management,formulate and questionnaires,carries out empirical research and testing from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative,put forward the corresponding reference suggestions and Countermeasures for the development of the diving team in Sichuan province.The conclusions are as follows: Sichuan provincial diving team in project management mode,the lack of standardized management system,the depth of understanding;diving project development is not balanced,the lack of foreign experience in the game,is not conducive to the improvement of the sports level;Sichuan provincial diving team perennial enrollment is not enough,the project popularity is not in place,resulting in the shortage of talent;coaches selection,training,supervision and incentive system is not perfect,the management system of athletes is not careful,the work is not in place;the project development funds shortage,scientific research can not keep up,these problems,to a certain extent hindered the normal management of sport team,also affected the further development of the sports team.The diving team in Sichuan province should strengthen the management of athletes,coaches to establish and perfect the system,strengthen the team work,training system and competition mechanism establishment,adhere to perennial professional training system,give full play to match the lever and the guiding role,goal of improving the sports team,improve the enthusiasm of diving in Sichuan province team training and competition,provide learning opportunities to communicate for more players,broaden the sources of funding,increase the hardware investment,lay a solid material foundation,and strengthen the relevant leadership and management of the project development approval.
