With the wide application of mindfulness-based psychological intervention in the field of psychology,more and more researchers are trying to apply this intervention to the field of competitive sports.Following the footsteps of many scholars,this paper introduces mindfulness psychological intervention into diving events,taking five young athletes of the national diving team as the research object,and using the "Athlete Mindfulness Training Manual" as the guidance tool.five young athletes of the national diving team were intervened in mindfulness for 11 weeks.It includes the baseline acquisition process in the first two weeks,the mindfulness intervention process in the seventh week,and the follow-up process in the second two weeks.n this study,five factors mindfulness scale and mood scale were used as measuring tools.A single-subject experiment design with multiple baseline levels was used to compare the changes of monitoring variables before and after intervention.The results showed that the five-factor mindfulness scale scores of the five athletes increased,that is,the mindfulness level was higher than before intervention;the TMD scores of the five athletes' mood scale were lower,that is,the mood was improved.The mindfulness level of the five athletes was higher than that before the intervention,and the results of regular team tests were higher,that is,the level of sports performance was improved.The results of this experiment are basically consistent with the research hypothesis,which shows that the mindfulness training intervention experiment has achieved the desired goal.
