For many students,it is their first time to learn English in the primary school,the quality of teaching directly affects students' English learning.Good English teachers can use appropriate classroom teaching organization strategies,which will attract student's interest,help students better master the basic knowledge of English and set a solid foundation for the further English study.Not all teachers have good classroom teaching organization strategies,expert teachers also need to go through the process from the novice teachers to expert teachers.The purpose of this paper is to study the classroom teaching organization strategies of a novice primary teacher and an expert primary teacher through documentary method,interview method,case analysis method and comparison method and to compare the similarities and differences between the two teachers from 5 aspects: teaching implement,teaching material understanding,teaching methods,pedagogical tact and instant classroom evaluation in order to summarize the deficiency of novice teacher's strategies and the advantages of expert teacher's strategies.After listening to those two teachers' same courses,talking with them,reading their teaching designs and listening to the evaluations of their leaders,this paper tries to summarize and analyze the existing problems of novice teachers' strategies and tries to put forward some suggestions which are helpful to professional development and help the novice to change to the expert teacher as soon as possible.The results of the comparative analysis show that the main problems of the novice teacher's classroom teaching organization strategies include that they don't fully understand the goal of primary school English,they don't deeply understand the teaching materials of primary school English and they lack of primary school English teaching practice etc..Therefore,this paper offers several proposals for novice teachers: try to create accurate and rigorous classroom teaching organization strategies,have more discussions with expert teachers,build up a good relationship between teachers and students and create a good classroom environment,learn to improve the incentive function of the classroom instant evaluation,build up a sense of professional development.
