The research about novice teacher--expert teacher model is the hot point of theresearch about teacher psychology and educational psychology. In order to make the research on the difference of teaching strategy of novice P.E. teacher- proficient P.E. teacher - expert P.E. teacher and provide the thinking and countermeasure, this research advances the shortcomings in this area based on analyzing the study of domestic and external teaching strategy systematically. The problems are studied with the methods of document, research papers, interview, psychological measure, statistics and so on.First, make the middle school P.E. teacher teaching strategy scale. Based on the extant scale of other subjects, this research gave 15 P.E. teachers the open papers and interview about P.E. teaching strategy. Then according to the results, revising the formal middle school teacher teaching strategy scale to fit for the situation in P.E. teaching. Establishing the original paper of middle school teacher teaching strategy scale based on talking with two P.E. curriculum experts and middle school P.E. teachers of special classification. Give 182 middle school P.E. teachers the original paper, according with analyze all the items of the original paper. After deleting the items whose CR value are not obvious, there is the initial paper of middle school teacher teaching strategy scale. Make a further factor analyze to the result of this initial paper and choose 8 factors (they are: 10.200, 3.712, 1.637, 1.596, 1.508, 1.316, 1.217, 1.195, Cumulative:58.9%), then delete the items whose negative value<0.4. At last, middle school teacher teaching strategy scale consisted with 38 items is formed. At the same time, check the reliability and effectiveness, which show it has good reliability and effectiveness.Second, randomly give the middle school P.E. teacher teaching strategy scale to the college graduates of grade 2002 which had teaching experience in P.E. Department in HuZhou Normal University, undergraduates of 2001 which had teaching experience in P.E. and health college in East China Normal University, students of national primary and middle school P.E. teacher mainstay training class in 2000, some middle school P.E. teachers in Hangzhou and Huzhou of ZheJiang Province, some middle school P.E. teachers in Nanjing and Huaiyin of JiangSu Province and some middle school P.E. teachers in Shanghai. Totally get 260 papers back, reject the invalid papers, there are 240 finally including 79 female P.E. teachers and 161 male P.E. teachers.After the analyze, the result shows the teaching strategy of different teaching and title is different remarkably. Different sexes and credentials have little effect on teaching strategy. Curriculum training influences teaching strategy greatly, which shows it is useful and effective to improve P.E. teacher teaching strategy ability with new P.E. curriculum training. In teaching strategy, there is great difference between expert P.E. teacher and proficient P.E. teacher and novice P.E. teacher, but there is no different between proficient P.E. teacher and novice P.E. teacher.Third, with the contrast of the teaching strategy between different types of P.E. teachers and teachers of other disciplines, we find about strategy on class, there is remarkable difference between proficient teacher and novice teacher of other disciplines, but for P.E. teachers, there is no difference. About strategy of after class, there is remarkable difference between expert teacher and proficient teacher and novice teacher of other disciplines while for P.E. teachers, there is no difference, which shows expert teachers don't have enough thinking after class so that their teaching strategy level after class are not really improved.At last, according the results of this research, some thinking and advice about the development of P.E. teacher's specialization are raised.
