Research On The Improvement Of Financial Management In Vocational Colleges

Secondary vocational colleges focus on training students‘ hands-on abilities,and shouldering the important task of conveying large quantities of skilled personnel to the production line.At present,due to the shortage of skilled personnel in China,our government has paid more and more attention to the development of vocational colleges,mainly reflected in two aspects: Firstly,integrate some shortage of teachers,and educational conditions are not up to standard small vocational schools;Secondly,The state has obviously improved the conditions of ensuring vocational education,and the state financial investment in vocational education has gradually increased.Due to this,new requirements have been put forward to the management of the school,especially the financial management: How to do a good job practically in financial management,and make the school financial work adapt to the needs of vocational education development,has become a secondary vocational school financial management workers must face the problem.This paper uses literature research method and case analysis method,based on the basic situation of financial management in the vocational colleges are analyzed,taking C University as an example,importantly analyzes the main problems existing in the financial management of vocational colleges,and accordingly puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the financial management level of vocational colleges.First of all,the paper expounds the main contents,evolution process,main characteristics and basic situation of secondary vocational school financial management.The financial management occupies an important position in secondary vocational school education management.It is not only the concrete embodiment of the national policies and policy implementation,but also the basis for the completion of school goals and tasks.With the development of society,the state has paid more and more attention to the development of vocational schools,the financial investment in secondary vocational colleges is also growing,enrollment in secondary vocational schools are also increasing,therefore,secondary vocational school financial management content,objectives,tasks and facing risks are also changing.Secondly,the article takes C university as an example,which is a national key vocational school approved by the provincial government and sponsored by the municipal government,analyzes and summarizes its financial management process,status quo of financial management,as well as the existing problems: the modern professional quality of financial personnel is on the low side,post division is imbalance,financial system is not perfect and budget supervision is not in place.Through the analysis,the C university in "budget management system" and "contract management system should be improved;in improving the execution of financial management,the modern professional ability,financial risk consciousness and professional ethics level of the financial staff need to be improved;in the aspect of financial supervision,internal control procedures and restraint mechanisms should be improved.Finally,from the establishment of a sound financial management system;improve the implementation of financial management;strengthen the sense of financial risk;build a scientific financial management system in several aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improving the level of financial management in secondary vocational schoolFrom the establishment of a sound financial management system;improve the implementation of financial management;strengthen the sense of financial risk;build a scientific financial management system in several aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improving the level of financial management in secondary vocational school.
