With the rapid development of new modern information technology,such as mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data analysis,Internet of things and artificial intelligence technology,information technology has a huge impact on our way of life and work.With the development of higher education and scientific research in Colleges and universities in China,the scale of development of colleges and universities is also expanding,and the amount of funds in Colleges and universities is increasing year by year,which leads to the multiple growth of financial data and the increasingly heavy financial management in Colleges and universities.Through the promotion and wide application of Dazhiyiyun technology,it has become an urgent task to combine the development of information technology with the development of financial management in Colleges and universities,to jointly improve the level of financial management in Colleges and universities,and to promote the construction of financial information campus.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign university informatization construction,using the advanced technology and concept of the era of big smart cloud,under the guidance of business process reengineering theory,information asymmetry theory,internal control theory,national financial informatization development policies and regulations,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of financial informatization construction of Hunan University,and finds that there is a prediction The information level of calculation management and financial audit is low;the financial system needs to be improved;the financial reimbursement process is complex and the efficiency of fund implementation is low;the financial information construction lacks leadership and planning;the financial personnel with great wisdom cloud transfer technology is lack;the internal control mechanism does not match the information construction;the financial information data has security risks and other problems,and the problems are analyzed at the same time The cause of the problem.Therefore,this paper aims to optimize the financial service experience of teachers and students,realize the sharing of financial information resources,strengthen the level of financial management by using the technology of great wisdom cloud transfer,and improve the level of business informatization and intelligence.Based on the theory of business process reengineering,the cloud technology of Dazhiyiyun is divided into short-term and long-term improvement ideas and corresponding improvement measures from big data,intelligence,mobile Internet and cloud computing.Apply big data technology to improve the budget management of colleges and universities in the short term;establish decision support system and intelligent monitoring module based on intelligent technology;improve the financial system of colleges and Universities Based on mobile Internet,improve the original financial online office platform,financial information query system,integrated payment platform and mobile office platform respectively,and realize the informatization of reimbursement business process in the long term Based on cloud computing technology and combined with the previous improved system,a comprehensive university financial cloud platform system is gradually established.On the basis of the above four improvement suggestions,it is further proposed that the internal control should be synchronized with the financial information construction,the leading group should be set up to plan as a whole,the financial personnel who are proficient in the wisdom cloud technology should be trained,and the security of the financial cloud platform should be improved as the implementation guarantee of the financial information construction of Hunan University.
