With the development of life standard, the incidence of obesity and its related diseases increases dramatically worldwide. In recent years, the high intensity intermittent exercise become a hot research in sport science,Some researches indicate that high intensity intermittent exercise is more likely to be accepted by people compared with continuous exercise of moderate intensity,in the same time,it can reduce body fat and improve the insulin sensitivity also.Exercise can induces oxidative stress, after high intensity intermittent exercise will induces oxidative stress,is not clear. So,we designed three programs: super high intensity intermittent?high intensity intermittent and continuous exercise of moderate intensity, two different mechanical work,To compared the effect of different intensity and mechanical work acute exercise on oxidativate stress.Purpose: To compared the effect of different intensity and mechanical work acute exercise pre and post on oxidativate stress. Methods: 48 young obese women were randomly divided into three groups: SIIE group?HIIE group?MICE group.SIIE group is speed intensity intermittent exercise The program concludes 20 minutes and 15s?6s:all-out sprint;9s:intermittent?is considered to be a circle. In HIIE?MICE groups was used to offer subjects with same mechanical work?200KJ and300KJ?.HIIE group, exercise intensity was 90%VO2max,but exercise is intermitten?exercise for 4min and stop until the RPE decreased to 13?,In MICE group, exercise was continuous and intensity was 60% VO2 max.All subjects were eat breakfast together at pre exercise, the blood were drawn 2h after meal at rest, and immediately after exercise for testing SOD,MDA,CAT,H2O2 and LA.Results:1.Compared to oxidativate stress indicators of different intensity?1?After one SIIE acute exercise, serum SOD?MDA?CAT?H2O2 increased significantly.?2?200KJ mechanical workHIIE group serum SOD,CAT?MDA,H2O2 increased ?decreased significantly?P<0.05?,MICE group have no significantly different?P>0.05?.?3?300KJ mechanical workHIIE group serum SOD,CAT ?MDA,H2O2 increased?decreased significantly?P<0.01?P<0.05?,MICE group have no significantly different?P>0.05?.2.Compared to oxidativate stress in different mechanical work?1?Completed 200 KJ and 300 KJ mechanical work,HIIE serum SOD and CAT increased significantly?P<0.05?;200KJ,MICE serum SOD and CAT have no significantly different?P>0.05?.300 KJ,MICE serum SOD and CAT increased significantly?P<0.05?.?2?Completed 200 KJ and 300 KJ mechanical work,HIIE serum MDA and H2O2 decreased significantly?P<0.05?;200KJ,MICE serum MDA and H2O2 have no significantly different?P>0.05?.300 KJ,MICE serum MDA,H2O2 decreased significantly?P<0.05?.4.Change of blood lactate?1?After one SIIE,blood lactate increased significantly.?2?Different intensity: Completed 200 KJ and 300 KJ mechanical work,HIIE blood lactate increased significantly?P=0.000?,post 300 KJ mechanical work,MICE increased significantly?P=0.004?,post 200 KJ mechanical work have no significantly different.?3?Different mechanical work: Post 300 KJ mechanical work,HIIE and MICE blood lactate increased significantly?P < 0.01?;200KJ mechanical work,HIIE increased significantly?P=0.00?,MICE have no significantly different?P=0.116?.Conclusion:1.The same intensity, the obese young women's oxidative stress will fierce when exercise volume to be longer.2.In the same mechanical work, high intensity intermittent and moderate intensity continuous acute exercise can increased antioxidant oxygen, reduced oxygen damage concentration of obese young women.3.After acute exercise, speed intensity intermittent exercise increased antioxidant oxygen, but not enough to decreased oxygen damage concentration.
