Objectives:The experiment is designed to study protective effects of methane water on exercise-induced myocardial ischemic injury in rat and explore the possible mechanism.Methods:24 male SD rats were randomly divided into Sedentary-control group(C),Exercise distilled group(ED)and Exercise methane group(EM).ED and EM were infused with distilled water and methane water respectively 30min before exercise, and then the acute exhaustive exercise plan was carried out simultaneously in ED and EM groups. The biochemical indexes in serum and myocardium were tested with Chemical colorimetry,ELISA and Luminex xMAP~?.Results:(1)The exercise time of rats in EM group is significantly longer than that in ED group(P<0.01);(2)Compared with C group, the content of IL-1?,IL-6 in serum increased significantly(P<0.01),the level of myocardial eNOS reduced conspicuously, the MDA content increased conspicuously(P<0.05)and 3-NT level enhanced significantly(P<0.01);Compared with ED,the serum cTnI in EM group increased conspicuously, and both content of IL-1?and IL-6 reduced conspicuously(P<0.05),rats'myocardial eNOS level enhanced(P<0.05),the content of SOD and T-AOC increased conspicuously(P<0.01),MDA content and 3-NT content significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Methane water could improve rats'exercise performance, increase the level of eNOS and promote the generation of NO.Meanwhile,it shows the certain protective effect on exercise-induced oxidative stress and damage in rats'myocardial tissue. |
