Recently,the policy of expansion enrollment has been put into effect for many years,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,as a result,there is a enormous number of graduates enter into the labor market to apply for a job every year,the issue of graduates employment is becoming more and more severe.On the one hand,it is difficult to obtain an suitable employment for graduates,the problem is relieved with the endeavor of government and enterprises to some extent.On the other hand,the turnover rate is especially high in graduate' early career,this phenomenon is becoming a focus which catches the attention of the whole society.Because of the difference in education degree,college graduates will meet with different occupation opportunities when they choose to quit a job,the different opportunities will offer graduate different welfare,as a result,adequate work welfare is an important cause for gradate to choose voluntary turnover.From the above statement,it can be seen that the main purpose of graduates voluntary turnover is to pursuit a superior living condition and a favorable developing environment,which is consist with the aim of education.Therefore,It has a practical significance for graduates and enterprises to discuss the relationship among the education degree,the voluntary turnover behavior and the wage.At present,the theoretical research and empirical research on turnover intention have made a lot of achievements in the world,but the empirical research on voluntary turnover behavior is still in its infancy.Turnover intention is the most effective variable to predict turnover behavior,but it is not the same thing as turnover behavior.Therefore,there has a certain practical significance to research on voluntary turnover behavior.The related foreign researches pay more attention to the reasons of the voluntary turnover behavior,but there are less concern about the effect of voluntary turnover behavior between education level and wage income.Therefore,it has a theoretical significance to discuss the function of the voluntary turnover behavior.Based on the previous research results,this article constructs a theoretical model for the relationship among the education degree,voluntary turnover behavior and wage.And graduates are treated as the research object.The data are obtained through the questionnaires.Then,the article use the statistical analysis and regression analysis to analyze the relationship among education degree,voluntary turnover behavior and wage.The innovation of this article is making voluntary turnover behavior as a mediator and moderator,building a theoretical framework among education degree,voluntary turnover behavior and wage,and analyzing the relationship among the three aspects.The empirical results show that the education degree has a positive impact on voluntary turnover behavior of graduate;the voluntary turnover behavior also has a positive impact on the graduate's wage;and the voluntary turnover behavior plays a mediating role in the relationship between education level and wage.At the same time,the results also show that the number of voluntary turnover has a significant negative impact on the wage of graduates.Based on the above conclusions,this article argues that the moderate voluntary turnover behavior will increase individual wage to a certain extent,but if the frequency is too high,it will reduce the wage.This conclusion has certain reference value to the for graduates employment and enterprise recruit.
