| With the rapid development of International Education in China,International curriculums in Senior School and English causes in Junior School taught by international teachers have become one of important characteristics of International Schools,and it is also one of the necessary elements to promotion its brand.Therefore,International teachers with rich teaching experience and rich management experiences have become the strategic talent resource,which international schools should obtain and retain effectively.Since the virus outbreak in 2020,travel restrictions in various countries have made international teachers travelling to China more difficult,thus current international teachers in China become a scarce resource more.To ensure the stable operation of international schools,the retention of international teachers and the management of voluntary turnover have become one of the key programs of human resource management of international schools.Existing studies show that there is a negative correlation between employee work satisfaction and turnover intention.We need to analyze and study the influencing factors of international teachers’ voluntary turnover intention starting with international teachers working satisfactory,then advise in which areas the schools could improve more and put forward practical countermeasures in human resource management filed.Based on the existing research literature,results about staff working satisfactory and voluntary turnover intention,this paper studies and analyzes the key factors of influencing the voluntary turnover of international teachers in Beijing/Tianjin/Hebei Province by constructing a model and designing a survey.The relationship between job satisfaction and voluntary turnover intention in the existing turnover model is taken as the basic relationship to set up a new research model of voluntary turnover intention,in which constructed by adding life support factors according to the characteristics of international teachers and the staff value proposition.164 International teachers working in China have completed the survey,and 161 surveys are effective.According to the current situation of international schools,it is designed to conduct statistical analysis through the influence of six variables: salary and benefit system,Sense of job achievement,Job value drivers,High performance driven environment,Management culture development and Life support factors toverify whether the hypothesis is tenable and the degree of influence.From the perspective of human resource management,this paper analyzes the important variables of job satisfaction and demographic characteristics.The improvement strategy is applied to the current situation of international schools which can fundamentally improve the high voluntary turnover rate situation of international teachers. |
