Research On The Leisure Time Physical Activity’s Demand Of Retired Teachers In Colleges Of Nanjing

"Leisure" is the background of the times,"aging" is a global problem.How to meet the needs of elderly groups and improve the quality of life is the focus of national policy support.As a part of the elderly group,there are some similarities and differences between the teachers and the rest of the elderly in the characteristics of leisure sports needs.In this study,a retired teacher in Nanjing University as the research object,hierarchy of needs theory,leisure sports theory,leisure constraint theory,using the method of literature and a series of research methods of investigation and research.The purpose is to understand the leisure sports demand characteristics and restrictive factors of retired teachers in Ning colleges and universities,so as to construct the leisure sports service system and meet the needs of teachers and the elderly leisure sports.The main conclusions are as follows: first,in Nanjing University retired teacher from the characteristics of leisure sports behavior or from sleep,health,interpersonal and other physiological and safety,love and belongingness needs level of leisure sports characterized by strong demand.Second,although the age and gender characteristics with differences in demand,but its overall performance: the desire to guide the site and demand characteristics mainly;the diversification project needs to go to fitness;each exercise time in the characteristic time demand of 0.5-1.5 hours;the nearest feature space requirements to the school,the community surrounding mainly;to organize and participate in the form of demand characteristic of colleagues together;and the low consumption demand for apparel,equipment based features.Third,combined with the city,family,school,community and other environmental restrictions limiting factors of teachers’ leisure sports to meet the needs of their own health,including physical factors such as their own restrictions;empty nest family,colleagues circle narrow,community residents lack of interpersonal communication factors;structure constraints and society,community,schools and other venues,equipment,project,guide staff and team work resulting from lack of.
