China's Current Situation Analysis And Research Of Amateur Tennis Coach

Through the methods of expert interview,questionnaires,literature,logical reasoning and mathematical statistics,this paper carries out a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the amateur tennis coaches in China and finds out the existing problems.The purpose of this paper is to put forward development countermeasures for amateur tennis professional development in China,to provide more theoretical data for the development of the quality structure of tennis coaches,to provide direction for the development of tennis coaches at the grassroots level and to contribute to Chinese tennis.Through the investigation and study,Conclusion:1)Survey amateur tennis coaches in the basic conditions for a male to female ratio of 4:1,Far from the male to female ratio;Age young and middle-aged primarily;Higher education;Sports level level 2 and the following;In the certificate of intermediate and below 96.5%,the lack of high-level coaches;Training experience is given priority to with professional athletes.2)The study of amateur tennis coaches in the field of study in the field: The teaching age is shorter;Learn to teach yourself and attend a training class;Income is higher.3)The structure of knowledge in the subject of investigation;Knowledge of tennis knowledge,supplementary knowledge scores are relatively high,sports foundation knowledge is relatively poor.4)The ability structure of amateur tennis coaches in the survey subjects: teaching ability is general;Ability to train,manage and innovate.5)Respondents in amateur tennis coaching is stable Most amateur tennis coach like work In professional tennis coach do not too good Amateur tennis coach not enough confidence.
